Throughout my academic studies, I have completed projects covering cybersecurity, systems analysis and design, human-computer interaction, project management, networking, and software development. The examples below represent several areas of my coursework and demonstrate how I have applied technical concepts to real-world scenarios. My professional experience in information technology and cybersecurity has also allowed me to approach many of these assignments from the perspective of someone who has worked directly with enterprise information systems.
Systems Design Strategy – Personal Trainer, Inc.
Systems Analysis and Design
This project evaluated the technology requirements of a growing fitness center organization preparing to open a new location in Toronto. I developed a proposed systems strategy using cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), wireless networking, and centralized information systems to support operations across multiple locations. The assignment focused on selecting technologies that could support current business requirements while providing enough flexibility for future organizational growth.

Touchscreen Technology and Usability
Human-Computer Interaction
This paper examined touchscreen technology from a human-computer interaction perspective and compared its advantages and limitations with traditional input devices. The project explored direct manipulation, usability, accuracy, physical feedback, and environmental limitations while considering how touchscreen interfaces have changed the way users interact with modern computer systems.

Object-Oriented Modeling – Theater Ticket Ordering System
Systems Analysis and Design
This project used object-oriented modeling to design a theater ticket ordering system based on real-world objects and system interactions. I identified system objects, their attributes and methods, system actors, and major use cases to demonstrate how customers and employees would interact with the system. The assignment also incorporated use case modeling to visualize system workflows and show how object-oriented concepts can be applied during the design of an information system.
